Alvida and Nami are both not needed, one should be fine if your Usopp is at 12 or less turns for his skill. Two is recommended if Usopp is not at 12 or less turns. The first turn of the rainbow dragon comes at 4 turns and I believe hits for 9k and after that he hits for 16k. Use Usopp in the beginning to make it 7 turns, and before it hits you use either your Alvida or Nami to block the hit so you survive. After that he will attack in 6 turns for 18k. If your Usopp is at 12 or less turns you'll be able to use his active once more. If not it's fine, go ahead and use the other Nami/Alvida to tank another hit. Your Usopp should be up by then for the next cycle of attacks.
Using Usopp/Nami/Alvida gives you roughly about 22 turns to kill him, which shouldn't be to hard.
