It was my first attempt at cooking a frozen block of food. The salmon was 3/4 in thick at the largest end.
I added 1 C of water, then a silicon sling (red), then a sheet of silicon liner, and I set the fish on top.
I made sure my silicon seal was securely seated in the lid. Then I closed the lid and locked it, checked the pressure release to be sure it was closed properly. All a GO!
I pressed the sterilizer/steam button (both do the same) and set the time +/- for 5 min. You might want to do it for 7 min I tried this again and it needed longer. Just adjust or also you can leave it in longer at the end. Just play with the times.
Press START and it will beep at the end of the cycle.
