What is ASMR?
ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is an amazing sensation that begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck.
It's a signifies the subjective experience characterized by a combination of a distinct static-like tingling sensation and positive feelings on your skin. It's usually triggered by specific visual stimuli or auditory, and by intentional attention control.
ASMR eating induce some tingling sensation in our head, spine, neck and even brain through visuals or sounds of chewing, slurping, and biting different foods.
