Back in January, the boys go for a fish off Hillarys in the pursuit of some nice sand whiting. We started off slow, nailing a few nice sand whiting and heaps of wrasse, then we head a bit further offshore and Will chucks the boys on a spot where we land a couple solid king george and even a couple snapper, one of which crossing the magic 50cm mark!! We then clean up the fish and cook them up in some Panko crumbs and cook up snapper wings and frame, making use of the whole fish!! It tastes as good as it looks!
