Securing Class MA Permitted Development Rights: The first hurdle was to navigate the complexities of the planning process. We needed those rights to turn this vision into reality, and we got them!

Exchange of Contracts: With the rights in hand, we swiftly moved to exchange contracts. Every day counted, and time was of the essence.

Applying for Permitted Development: Securing the necessary approvals was our next challenge. It wasn’t easy, but persistence paid off.

Getting Windows Onsite: The logistics of getting the right materials at the right time were critical. We made sure the windows were on site when needed, keeping the project on track.

Permission for Additional Apartments: As we progressed, we saw opportunities to maximize the site’s potential. Gaining permission for additional apartments was a game-changer.
