Описание: Most people breathe 22,000 breaths per day. We tend to breathe more rapidly when stressed, anxious or in pain. While a slower breathing rate supports recovery and regeneration. We usually become aware of our breathing when there problems such as nasal congestion, allergies, asthma, emphysema, or breathless exertion. Optimal breathing is much more than the absence of symptoms and is influenced by posture. Dysfunctional posture and breathing are cofactors in illness. Posture and breathing affect our thoughts and emotions and our thoughts and emotions affect our posture and breathing. The video explores how breathing and posture can optimize health.
