Last Wednesday, the Seacoast (NH) Republican Women held their Gubernatorial Debate in Portsmouth at the Public Library's Leveson Room. Candidates Frank Emiro, Jack Kimball, John Stephen, and Karen Testerman appeared.
This debate had a bit of a twist in that each candidate was given their own question, as opposed to what seems to have been the normal format (lately) of a single question but all four candidates answer the question.
This clip: Question 14: Jack - As the EPA imposes demands on the states to comply with its "green" policies, what role do you think NH should play in this process? What plans do you have for New Hampshire's energy independence?
