AC/DC performed "Hells Bells" live at the River Plate Stadium in Buenos Aires, Argentina during their Black Ice World Tour in 2009. The concert was recorded and released as a live album and concert film titled "AC/DC: Live at River Plate" in 2011.
The live version of "Hells Bells" from this concert features the iconic ringing church bell introduction, and it's one of the most memorable moments of the performance. The band delivers a high-energy rendition of the song, with lead singer Brian Johnson's powerful vocals and Angus Young's electrifying guitar solo.
The song is a tribute to fallen member Bon Scott who was know for raising hell, hence the phrase Hells Bells!
