Cutting a port hole in my base drum (ASMR) 🥁
Now that I have my 24” resonant head I ordered it without a port hole and decided to do it myself so I could match it up to my 26”. Both port hoes will be on the outer edge of each drum and will mirror each other. I bought the Gibraltar bass drum head port hole cutting tool from amazon and used a tape measure and painters tape to achieve the best result. It turned out great!
