On 20-22 September 2018 the annual Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum (EEDRF) was hosted in Minsk, Belarus. Lawyers from all over the world united for a few days in order to discuss key topics related to dispute resolution in international commercial arbitration and state courts at this year’s event, which was organized under the slogan “Know your expert”.
The distinctive feature of the Forum is its exceptional practical focus and this year the main topic of discussion was “Experts and expertise” and we are going to take a look at the following issues:
choice of experts and novel services they may provide
use of experts by the parties in the most efficient manner
experts from the Tribunal’s perspective
