Pt4 Driving Paisley, Glasgow to Oban Caravan & Camping Pk 7.5m Autotrail Motorhome NC500 Scotland
Starting from Open Road Scotland, Paisley near Glasgow International Airport via M8, M898, A82, at Tarbet turn left onto A83 at Lochgilphead turn right on to the A816 then the A85 to Oban.
This may seem a long way round but it avoids the narrow section of road alongside Loch Lomond. A new driver's side door mirror fitted is about £350! The views along this route are stunning and well worth the detour with plenty of places to pull over, take in the views, and have a coffee or some lunch.
