Update: Sep 2016. As pure ranged, the most optimal blessing would be 4 x Loki. Grade 70 legendary is Gungnir or Power Cosmic. Grade 80 is Bow.
By popular request, this is a guide on ranged Cable. In this video, I share with you my in-depth analysis on the various specializations including no specialization, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of each build.
