Описание: By means of present writ petition the petitioners has assailed the validity of Section 23(2) of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 being ultra vires to Section 23(1) of the Act 2009 and also Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India.
