Standing Pilates with Weights for Women Over 40 | Osteoporosis Friendly Workout
Join me for a 20 minute Pilates Strength training session using weights to help you build a strong, resilient body. This is an osteoporosis safe workout too.
It will improve bone density, increase metabolism, and reduce risk of injury with consistent practice. By combining the best of the standing pilates movements with weights to enhance strength, mobility and flexibility and help you create the stronger body you deserve. This is a mixed ability session with options to help you make the best choices for your where you're at right now.
