Deputy President Professor Kithure Kindiki has assured the people of the Mount Kenya region that President William Ruto’s administration will fulfil all its political and development commitments in the region. Speaking in Maragua during an inspection tour of the Ichagaki-Gikomora- Ngaburi Road, the second in command said the interests of the region are well taken care of by the government of the day. Leaders who accompanied him, led by Maragua Member of Parliament Mary Wamaua, additionally took a swipe at a section of political leaders laying claim to the Deputy President’s office in the 2027 General election, saying Kindiki has proven himself as the steady hand for President William Ruto
