Hiking and Property Viewing in Northern Portugal (Paredes de Coura)

Today we will take you on a day trip to the North of Portugal –more specifically to Paredes de Coura.

On our way from Caminha to Paredes de Coura, we walked along the Rio Coura, following a walking path in Covas, next to the Coura River:

And finally, to finish a great day out, WE VISITED A PROPERTY!
It has been a while that we haven´t had a visit to a property that made us feel so excited.

We were about to see it in autumn last year, but the owner texted me that the property already had a promissory contract… (more on this type of contract here: https://www.portugalist.com/the-cpcv/)

So, we continued to search other areas… And, maybe around a month ago, she texted me again saying that the future owner had to drop the project because of health reasons…

And here we are, we got very excited to go and see it, since the place looked quite promising!
