FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES 100 GM

ROASTED CUMIN POWDER 1/2 TSP

BLACK SALT 1/2 TSP

GREEN CHILLI 2 NOS.

GARLIC CLOVES 3 NOS.

LEMON JUICE 1 NOS.


INGREDIENTS FOR IMLI GUR CHUTNEY


TAMARIND PULP 4 TBSP

JAGGERY (GUR) 75 GM

BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1/2 TSP

BLACK SALT 1/2 TSP

DRY GINGER POWDER 1/2 TSP

ROASTED CUMIN POWDER 1/2 TSP

DRY MANGO POWDER 1/2 TSP

SALT 1/4 TSP

WATER 1/2 CUP



INGREDIENTS FOR CHATPATA MASALA


RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP

DRY MANGO POWDER 1/2 TSP

ROASTED CUMIN POWDER 1 TSP

BLACK SALT 1/2 TSP

CHAAT MASALA 1 TSP



INGREDIENTS FOR SWEET YOGURT/DAHI


YOGURT/DAHI 200 GM

CASTER SUGAR 1 TBSP

ROSE WATER 1 TBSP




INGREDIENTS FOR POTATO MASALA



POTATO (BOILED) 3 NOS.

ONION (CHOPPED) 1 NON.

TOMATO (CHOPPED) 1 NOS.



INGREDIENTS FOR CHAAT


BURGER BUN 2 NOS.

BUTTER AS REQUIRED

GINGER (JULLIENNED) AS REQUIRED

BEETROOT (JULLIENNED) AS REQUIRED
