From stocking up on essentials to preparing your car, now is the time to prepare for the winter weather that's expected to arrive on Sunday. Baltimore County and Baltimore City officials are preparing for the impending snowstorm. The jurisdictions' departments of public works are readying crews to begin treating roadways as early as Thursday. Snyder said once the roads are treated, crews will head home and rest. Many crews will return Saturday, and Snyder said they're prepared for the possibility of being away from home until Monday or Tuesday.
