This machine has just completed its full journey through the Severn Machines refurbishment program, a process designed to give customers confidence, performance and reliability from a quality used TRUMPF solution.

What went into this refurbishment?

Deep clean and full repaint
Complete replacement of the air piping system
Worn and damaged components replaced
Full service and mechanical inspection
Alignment checks and precision setup
Comprehensive testing prior to dispatch

Once testing was complete, the machine was professionally decommissioned, packed and prepared for transport. Earlier this week it was delivered to its new home, where the installation is now underway. The final stage will see our team train the operators so the machine can move straight into production.
