Easy to follow tutorial on how to properly Set Up Sport Bike Suspension.
Step 1: Find your Suspension Travel (google, owner's manual, or find it yourself by taking any load off the suspension)
Step 2: Sit on the bike, push the bike down on the front and rear. Measure the same points you used to measure Suspension Travel in Step 1.
Step 3: Sit on the bike, pull the bike up on the front and rear. Measure again.
Step 4: Add the two measurements (from step 2 and 3) and divide that number by 2 to find the average.
Step 5: Subtract that number (step 4) from the total suspension travel (step 1).
That's how you find Sag.
