Regular hair product routine: I keep the redken line at my bf’s as back up but primarily use Dr Groot unless my hair feels too protein-y crunchy.
I do the scalp oil before every wash. Do the scalp scrub every other week, unless my hair is very dirty. And I alternate in the in shower dr groot scalp treatment every couple of washes.
I swear by that shampoo and use the conditioner religiously. I did recently take a pause on it to hydrate with a wella mask instead. Will alternate these 2.
I blow out with the shark or the dreame dryer and protect my hair with the kerastase nutritive cream.
