James Vesper - mentor

Описание: Jim Vesper lives in Rochester, New York and is a specialist in pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practice, quality risk management, learning, and improving performance.
After his university studies in biochemistry and public health, he began working for Eli Lilly and Company in Indianapolis, Indiana and was able to travel extensively doing quality/GMP audits and working with manufacturing sites. In 1991, he left Lilly and started the consultancy, LearningPlus, where he and his colleagues work with pharma and biopharma firms around the world on projects related to training and learning, web-based training, GMPs, and risk management.
As an author, he has written five books and numerous articles and book chapters. He is invited to speak at training and pharmaceutical meetings around the world.
He has worked with the World Health Organization on several projects, including contributing to a guideline on training, facilitating and mentoring on different learning events.
