REIT = Real Estate Investment Trust.

REITs started in 1960 and have to follow a set of requirements, all of which I cover in the video. I love REITs and aim to have 15-20% exposure within my portfolio.

Did you know that REITs have outperformed the market over the past few DECADES. REITs are a great way to add Real Estate exposure as well as diversification to your portfolio at a much easier way than through private investing on your own.

All 3 REITs I discuss today are MUST OWN REITs in my opinion and I have all 3 of them within my portfolio.
