Assam Congress president Gaurav Gogoi and Raijor Dal chief Akhil Gogoi met at Hotel Tea County in Dibrugarh on Thursday to discuss seat-sharing for the upcoming elections. Despite the high-level talks, the meeting ended without a final agreement between the two parties.
