Is This It- The Strokes (FULL ALBUM Guitar Cover)

Описание: Here's a special treat for all you 2000's indie-rock fans! I'm covering the entire album Is This It from start to front- no cuts or edits.
I usually cover bands from the 1960's and 70's, but ‪@thestrokes‬ are one of my favorite bands of all time. In my opinion, Is This It is the greatest album of the 21st century

They recorded the album with producer ‪@GordonRaphael‬ in New York City in 2001 and their popularity exploded. Guitarists Nick Valensi and Albert Hammond Jr. created an interwoven style full of counterpoint. The songs and many of the guitar parts were written by lead singer Julian Casablancas

Nick played his modded Epiphone Rivera with P-90 pickups, as well as a Gibson Les Paul Special. I'm using my Epiphone Casino for Nick's parts. This is the guitar at the bottom of the screen

Albert uses a 1985 Fender Stratocaster Reissue as his main guitar. I'm using my 2022 Fender Custom Shop Strat, which you can see on the top part of the screen

Both Nick and Albert used Fender Hot Rod Deville 2x12 amplifiers. I used to own one but now am using my 1974 Fender Pro Reverb, which also has 2x12" speakers. I'm mic'ing it with a Shure SM-57

They used pedalboards that consisted of a Visual Sound Jekyll & Hyde Overdrive/Distortion sandwiched between two MXR Micro Amp boost pedals. I'm using this exact setup here, and you can see when I switch on certain pedals
