Orin Boyd is a tough police officer who doesn't care much about the rules and always prefers to apply his own law. After an operation where he violated all the orders he received - and despite being successful as always - he is sent to one of the worst parts of the city. Here he sees that most of the police are in cooperation with the mafia and drug dealers. It is never clear who he can trust, who is good and who is bad. Things get even more complicated when Orin has to work with Latrell, a criminal, to wage war on the most powerful drug mafia in the region. However, Latrell is also in trouble and reluctantly agrees to work with Orin.
