look for the good, look for the helpers, look for the positive change
be a role model
Lead with love
Trust first and be trustworthy
be the change you want to see
Treat others the way you want to be treated
be careful with words
All of these are the thoughts that are swirling in my head this morning as I look around and notice the collective efforts for the improvement of quality of life here in Cusco City Peru - not just to accommodate capitalism as many would assume – I believe it goes far beyond that
I can sense the appreciation of family and nature that exist here and I applaud the work, and innovative use of resources that I'm observing
in this video, I tell a few stories and share thoughts on community leadership (elected or otherwise ) and why it does us as a society a disservice to be distrusting of everyone and anyone that steps up to help
