(21 Jan 2017) US President Donald Trump said that if the US had "kept the oil" in Iraq the Islamic State group probably wouldn't have come about.
Trump was addressing about 400 CIA employees at their headquarters in Langley, Virginia, on his first full day in office on Saturday.
He said: "If we kept the oil you probably wouldn't have ISIS because that's where they made their money in the first place, so we should have kept the oil."
