Hello and welcome to my channel. This weeks video is my 2nd video of 12 to try to lose weight and get healthier in 2026. I started my weight loss journey in 2024 when I found out I was pre-diabetic. I lost 4 stone that year and reversed my pre-diabetes. In 2025 I lost a further 2 stone, but nearly put that all back on again after my Father died.
I am now around 4 1/2 stone lighter than my heaviest weight, but still have more to lose, as well as hopefully introduce exercise at some point and get a lot healthier.

With an average of 10,661 steps per day.
Total for week - 74,629 steps.
