Pumpkin & Unsalted Cashew Butter Dog Biscuits // Easy Snacks To Make With Kids

DIY dog treats that you whip up yourself can be chock-full of healthy ingredients like veggies, oats, eggs and peanut butter, all of which you can feel good about feeding your best friend.

This fun, easy recipe is a great activity you can make with kids for your furry friends. What you'll need is:

Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup chicken stock

For the frosting:
1/3 cup cornstarch
2tbs cream cheese
1/2 cup unsalted cashew butter
water to thin

Recipe:
For dog biscuit -
Combine flour, egg, peanut butter, pumpkin puree, and chicken stock in a bowl and mix until dough consistency.
Roll into a rectangle and cut out desired biscuit shapes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

For frosting -
Combine cornstarch, cream cheese, unsalted cashew butter into a small bow. Add water to thin the frosting.
Dribble frosting over dog biscuits. Ready to serve to your dog!
