Degating is a process to remove the sprue system and gates from the parts which die-casted from mold.
Different structure for die casting parts then has different methods to remove them. Such as ultrasonic, punching machine, wire cutting and these methods all can remove the sprue system.
While some small and easy parts, manually trimmed gates would be also OK. #casting #diecasting
