MKWii - Tour Tokyo Blur with shifting routes!

An update to my Tour Tokyo Blur remake the I publish back in January. An alternate version with the shifting routes from the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe version has been added! The arrow fields make use of the sinking ground from Grumble Volcano and falling pillars from Dry Dry Ruins to shift positions. Unfortunately, this means that the arrows are not controlled by laps, but rather by in-game time, but it should work as intended as long as you're racing normally. Huge shoutout to Toadette Hack Fan for inspiring this variant!
In addition to this adding this variant, all of my Tokyo Blur tracks have been updated to change the Tokyo Tower model and have their KCLs slightly edited.
