The holiday season is here once again, and it's time once again for...fruitcake! Of course, many people turn their noses up at fruitcake, even though they've never had it before in their lives. Fruitcake has a terrible reputation, and that's a shame since fruitcake is a modern day version of the classic Christmas pudding, which was an important part of the holiday celebration for many years and even centuries before the development of modern day fruitcakes. When it's made correctly, a fruitcake is quite delicious and it really should be something to look forward to. That's why in this video, we'll be making a fruitcake in the classical manner, and stuffing it with fruits and nuts before soaking it in liquor.
