Discover USEON’s SAT65–TDD180 two-stage extrusion line, specially designed for rigid PVC compounding and pelletizing.
This system combines a SAT65 co-rotating twin screw extruder with a TDD180 single screw extruder, followed by an eccentric air-cooled die-face cutting system.
It delivers 400–600 kg/h of clean, uniform PVC granules with excellent surface finish and minimal dust — ideal for rigid PVC formulations in pipe, profile, or sheet production.
