How Chinese tech, from stealth fighters to 'air trucks', takes center stage @Singapore Airshow

Описание: China showcased its C919 and C909 side by side at Singapore Airshow, Asia's largest aviation mega-events. COMAC’s C919, a homegrown single-aisle jet seating about 190 passengers, made its first overseas appearance back in 2024. The Boeing’s 737 MAX and Airbus’ A320neo rival is now seeing wider use on domestic routes, with potential for international expansion.

At AVIC’s booth, fighter jets, trainer aircraft, transport planes and helicopters were on display. A large-scale model of the J-35A stealth fighter took center stage, marking its second overseas physical showcase after the Paris Air Show.

Meanwhile, a private Chinese company and its T1400 unmanned helicopter, a heavy-lift, long-endurance drone, attract interest from island nations.

The 10th Singapore Airshow is underway at the Changi Exhibition Centre, bringing together more than 1,000 exhibitors from over 50 countries.
