Overnight Winter Camping - Snow - Dolly Sods

Описание: Started the new year with this fun trip to Dolly Sods. We decided to do a 2 days 2 nights trip in the middle of February. The temperature was around 30 degrees during the day and 25 at night. We got a good amount of snow the first day, it started to snow around 4pm and snowed till midnight. It's always great to sit by the fire with a group of close friends.


Food: Day 1 we cooked "pelmeni" - Russian meat dumplings with garlic and other spices. Day 2 we made beef curry stew with mushrooms tomatoes and potatoes. and in the evening we had baked potatoes with amazing garlic sauce and grilled chicken.
