Описание: Filmed on a Route 605 towards market street. One of CDC Oakleigh’s brand new Volvo Battery bus. This interesting BZL chassis was manufactured by Volvo in 2021, and CDC Oakleigh started to deliver around 50 Volvo BZL Volgren Optimus bodied buses in 2022, with #186 being the first to be delivered and was captured by my other bus enthusiast, Matty Serelis in 2023. This bus has a 470 kWh 600 V lithium iron phosphate battery and travels 31kNm with a 400kWh charge, and is mated with a Volvo 2 speed Automated Transmission. I hope CDC Oakleigh continues to deliver more of these fascinating buses in the future, while the vintage buses edge closer to being withdrawn.
