This 2012 game is still fun, and becomes quite challenging with self-imposed limitations: beating a map "manaless" limits the use of weapons and trinkets and "untouchable" is only earned when never hit by an enemy before getting a maximum (5) skull score. Both achievements reward extra bonus skulls, and "nightmare" mode is the most difficult one where this combination can be achieved.
I've not seen anyone successfully do this for both playable characters and all maps in the game, especially on YouTube; while Wyatan did a lot (on Dailymotion), I decided to record my own approach for the most difficult ones here, as a testament to my victories.
For the sake of transparency, and my mouse's buttons, I use a macro to "auto-attack" when I hold a button on its side rather than perpetually hammering one myself. This map is part of the "classic" pack that comes with owning the game's predecessor.
