today it was time to head back to Canada. At Delhi Airport, Simran and I said goodbye to everyone once again. These past months at home were truly special, and leaving again wasn’t easy — but Canada is home too now.
We flew from Delhi with our first layover in Paris. There, we noticed our luggage had been dropped by the airline staff, which was unexpected, but we managed everything calmly and continued our journey.
Next stop was Toronto. After waiting around 3 hours at the airport, we boarded our final flight to Edmonton. Nearly 30 hours of travel later — tired but thankful — we finally reached home safely.
5.5 months of memories packed in our hearts, and now back to our routine, our work, and our life in Canada.
