Join me for this 35 minute FULL BODY dumbbell workout that will challenge your overall strength and conditioning! Enjoy this NO REPEAT format that will target every muscle group in your body. Depending on your goals, this is a great workout for building strength, losing body fat, improving endurance and more. This routine is suitable for all levels, as you can choose lighter or heavier weights. I recommend doing this workout at least 2 times per week to see consistent improvements. All you need is a light to moderate weight pair of dumbbells.
