HC41 Series molding machine is vertical moulding machine for green sand casting.
Vertical moulding process is good for ferrous, aluminum, brass and steel casting with mould size from 600x480mm to 1200x1050mm.
Whole Vertical moulding process include:
-Automatic metal feeder（AMF);
-Automatic core setter (ACS);
-Automatic filter Setter (AFS);
-Automatic pattern changer (APC);
-Automatic mould conveyor (AMC);
-Automatic synchronised belt conveyor (SBC).
