Can you actually flintknap Florida coral?
In this video I take 10 different coral boulders and put them to the test using my copper bopper to see which ones will flake — and which ones completely fall apart. Some of these pieces have incredible color… but looks don’t always mean they’ll knapp.
I go rock by rock, striking into each one to test flake quality, fracture patterns, and overall knappability. A few surprised me. A few were absolute heartbreakers.
