In this episode, I revisit how family dynamics - the spoken and unspoken - affected my journey into adulthood. This was recorded right before Thanksgiving of 2020 and remains one of my most vulnerable conversations. This was actually the episode that made a few close friends and family say I should put the podcast out publicly rather than just as an experiment for myself.
Sometimes healing means looking back with love and honesty at the same time. I shared this with my family first and got their blessing. Sometimes healing requires courage from everyone involved.
