The BEST chocolate pudding cake

For the batter:
1 cup AP flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2tsp Baking Powder
1/4tsp salt
1/2 cup whole milk
1tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup melted butter

For the pudding:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/4 cup boiling water

-Preheat oven to 350f
-Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder into a large bowl. Add sugar and salt. Whisk until combined.
-Whisk in milk, butter, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
-Spread batter evenly in a greased dish (mine is around 9x13)
-Combine the pudding sugars and cocoa, whisk together.
-Pour in boiling water and whisk until sugar is dissolved.
-Pour liquid over cake batter slowly
-Place entire dish in the oven.
-Bake for 40-45 minutes
-Remove from oven and let set for 15 minutes before serving. Dust with powdered sugar.
-Enjoy.
