☆ French Toast Recipe ☆
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
10 slices of bread
Beat the egg, milk, cinnamon, & vanilla together. Quickly dip either side of bread slices in the mixture to coat & place in hot skillet. After about 30 seconds, flip the bread and brown on the other side. Serve with butter, syrup, & fruit.
☆ Alfredo Chicken Pasta: ☆
1/4 cup margarine
3 Tbs Chicken seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 bag shredded parmesian
2 lb elbow noodles
8 cups water
3 cups milk
4 chicken legs
In an instant pot (or large pot), melt the butter, add the chicken seasoning and chicken legs & sear the legs on all sides. Add 1 cup of watter to deglaze the pan & cover to cook the chicken legs for 3 minutes. Remove the chicken legs, allow to cool slightly, then take the meat off the bones & cut into small pieces. Return meat to the pot, add salt, pepper, remaining 7 cups of water, & noodles. Cover & pressure cook for 3 minutes with a natural release, or cook on medium heat until noodles have reached your desired tenderness. Uncover & add milk & Parmesian cheese. Stir & enjoy! Serves 10.
☆ Homemade Pizza ☆
2 cups warm water
5 tsp rapid rise yeast
1/2 cup brown sugar
Combine and look for the yeast to begin bubbling. Once it does, add additional ingredients (should bubble in about 5-10 minutes)
2 tsp salt
6 Cups of flour
1/4 cup of oil
Toppings:
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped green pepper
1/2 pack of pepperoni
1/2 cup tomato sauce
10 oz shredded mozzarella
Knead dough until dough is smooth. Allow to rise 1 hour, or until doubled in size. Separate into 2 pieces, then flatten the 2 large pieces into round flat pieces. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread sauce evenly on each pizza, sprinkle cheese on both pizzas and put whatever toppings you like on both pizzas. Bake in 400°F oven for 25-30 minutes (or until golden brown and dough spings back to touch).
