More about the Speakers:
​​​​​Brooks Busch is the co‑founder and CEO at Elate, an AI-powered strategy execution platform. Prior to Elate, he oversaw Strategy and Operations at Springbuk, scaling the business from $100K to $10M+ in revenue before an acquisition by Merative Health earlier this year. Brooks began his career in Operations and Go-to-Market Strategy at ExactTarget (acquired by Salesforce), and later led Channel Sales and Operations for North America at Gigya (acquired by SAP).

As co-founder and COO at Elate, Abby Parker has a diverse background in Strategy and Operations. In addition to leading Operations at Springbuk (acquired by Merative Health), Abby helped lead the organization's growth and development of Strategic Partnerships. She was also accepted into the Governor Bob Orr Entrepreneurial Fellowship, where she served as the Operations Lead at Milhaus.

Shannon Keedy is the Director of Solutions Consulting, where she partners with executives and team leads to design and implement strategies that drive organizational agility and operational excellence. She brings extensive experience from her career as a Management Consultant, guiding strategic planning and execution across public sector and enterprise organizations, and helping leaders translate vision into measurable results.
