Today’s recipe is an extremely healthy and tasty hilsa fish recipe. It is ‘Ilish machher halud jhol’ or ‘Hilsa fish in light turmeric gravy’, which is an authentic Bangladeshi and Bengali recipe. It is made with very few ingredients with the base of the gravy being kalonji and turmeric powder.
