The Red Belt Squat Machine is designed to load the lower body without putting pressure on the spine, making it a great option for building quad, hamstring, and glute strength while keeping the back in a safe and neutral position. It allows for deeper range of motion and constant tension, helping you develop controlled power through the legs.
How to Perform
Step onto the platform and secure the belt around your hips.
Stand tall and position your feet shoulder-width or slightly wider based on comfort.
Sit down into the squat while keeping your chest lifted and core braced.
Drive through your heels and mid-foot to return to the top.
Maintain a smooth, controlled movement with full depth each rep.
