We all know that hops can be the backbone of flavour and aroma for beer along with adding bitterness and body; so it makes sense that brewers like to shove as many hops into a brew as they can at any stage possible - Dry Hopping is the process of adding hops at a lower temperature and later on in the brewing process, this adds flavour and aroma without making it excessively bitter. Today on Beer Geek we're asking, with the help of Hop Shots, whether dry hopping a flavourless lager at home can improve it or whether it's all just a gimmick!
