Even when using the same coffee beans, it's a good idea to clean the group head and grinder at least once a month to maintain optimal performance and flavor. By following these simple steps, you'll be able to enjoy a creamy, delicious espresso made from fresh, roasted coffee beans. In this video, we used a special espresso blend purchased from a local coffee shop that was roasted just one day before recording.
